We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team in Milan. You will be actively involved in financial analysis, company valuations, and negotiation support, working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to share their knowledge and enthusiasm, in an environment where every idea matters.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

• Analyze and restate financial statements of client companies.
• Support in drafting financial statement analysis, forecast budgets, and business plans.
• Collaborate in company or business unit valuations.
• Assist in preparing documents needed to present companies to counterparties and provide support for deal-closing activities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in economics or related disciplines.
• Previous experience (1 to 2 years) in financial analysis, budget drafting, business planning, or management control in medium-sized companies or top-tier auditing firms.
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and typical financial analysis activities (preparation of economic budgets, variance analysis, financial budgeting, and financial statement restatement).
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining financial reports and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of consolidated financial statements.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards is a plus.
• Interest in financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning.
• Teamwork orientation, proactivity, and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel within Italy (central and northern regions).
